Email [email protected] for help with your account, subscriptions, or the app. Include what happened, your device, and the app version and build shown in Settings.

Manage your subscription

For a subscription purchased in the iOS app through Apple, open Apple subscription settings to change or cancel it. You can also restore your Apple purchase from the subscription screen in Magisterial while signed in to the account that made the purchase.

For a subscription purchased on our website, sign in and open subscription settings to manage billing.

Your account and data

In the iOS app, open Settings, then Sign-in & security to manage sign-in methods or delete your account. Deleting your Magisterial account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately in Apple subscription settings.
